Once connected, contractors can sync online orders, bookings, customer records, locations, memberships, invoice details, campaigns, business units, job types, and tags from Contractor Commerce into ServiceTitan.
2. What is your implementation process? A Contractor Commerce account manager helps configure the ServiceTitan connection, including Tenant ID, API access, booking provider settings, payment type, order settings, booking settings, and any membership mapping needed for online sales.

Booking fields from Contractor Commerce can push into ServiceTitan, and appointment selections can update the booking.
6. Does Contractor Commerce create new customer records in ServiceTitan? Contractor Commerce checks existing ServiceTitan records by email, phone number, and name/address. If a match is found, the order is associated with the existing customer record. If no match is found, a new customer record is created.
7. Can memberships sold online connect to ServiceTitan memberships? Yes. Contractors can sell memberships through Contractor Commerce and map them to ServiceTitan membership configurations, including membership type ID, sale task ID, renewal task ID, and quantity mapping when needed.
