Ferguson and ServiceTitan have been hard at work to deliver powerful integration capabilities enabling you to access their catalog and real-time pricing and procure equipment and materials directly from Ferguson in ServiceTitan’s platform. We will be rolling this functionality out in two phases:

1. Multi-Account Mapping and Real-Time Pricing

   1. Map multiple Ferguson Main accounts and automatically receive the most up-to-date vendor cost data directly from Ferguson, including contract pricing. With access to up-to-date costs, price your services effectively and protect your margins.

2. Real-Time Product Content & Flexible Mapping

   1. Automatically receive the most up-to-date product content, categorized as Equipment and/or Material, for flexible mapping to your Pricebook

3. In-App Procurement with Real-Time Pricing & Availability (coming 2026)

   1. Automatically receive the most up-to-date product availability and vendor cost data before sending a purchase order directly to Ferguson from within ServiceTitan. When performing work for a specific job, select your Ferguson Job account to apply Job Pricing.
