ShareWillow connects directly to ServiceTitan through a native API integration. Once you authorize the connection, we automatically pull the job and payroll data that drives incentive pay — metrics like completed jobs, revenue, average ticket, billable hours, callbacks, memberships, and technician assignments. That data flows into ShareWillow in near real time, so your techs see their projected payout, effective hourly rate, and where they rank on the leaderboard as jobs close throughout the week. When it's time to run payroll, ShareWillow writes the calculated performance pay back to your master pay file, so the numbers are ready without anyone rebuilding them by hand.

2. What is your implementation process?

Implementation is white glove, and most partners are live in two weeks. After a kickoff call to understand your pay structure and goals, we connect ServiceTitan, pull two months of historical data, and benchmark where your numbers stand. From there we design a custom incentive plan with tiers and quality guardrails, then run it as a shadow payroll for a week or two so you can see exactly what payouts look like on real data before anything changes. We join a call with your team for go-live, get everyone set up in the app, and stay on to rework plans as your business grows.
